೨೦೨೪-೨೫ ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹರ್ಷಿ ಶ್ರೀ ವಾಲ್ಮೀಕಿ ಜಯಂತಿಯನ್ನು ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ ೧೭ ರಂದು ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸಮಾಜ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಇಲಾಖಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಗೀತಾ ಆಲೂರ್ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಗುರುವಾರ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 9ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ಗಜೇಂದ್ರಗಡ ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಕಾಲಕಾಲೇಶ್ವರ ವೃತ್ತದಿಂದ ಮಹರ್ಷಿ ಶ್ರೀ ವಾಲ್ಮೀಕಿ ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಪೂಜೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮೆರವಣಿಗೆ ಸಾಗಲಿದೆ. ಕೆಕೆ ಸರ್ಕಲ್ ನಿಂದ ಲ ಡಾ|| ಬಾಬು ಜಗಜೀವನ್‌ರಾಮ್ ಭವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ನಡೆಯಲಿದೆ. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ತಾಲೂಕಾಡಳಿತದಿಂದ ಸಕಲ ಸಿದ್ಧತೆಗಳು ನಡೆದಿವೆ ಎಂದು ಆಲೂರ್ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು, ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಠ ಜಾತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಠ ಪಂಗಡದ ಮುಖಂಡರುಗಳು, ಸರ್ವ ಸದಸ್ಯರು, ಗಣ್ಯ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳು, ಸಂಘ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಪದಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಗೀತಾ ಆಲೂರ್ ಕಿರಾ ನ್ಯೂಸ್ ಕನ್ನಡಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

Gajendragad: All preparations for Maharshi Sri Valmiki Jayanti: Social Welfare Department Geeta Alur

In the year 2024-25, Maharshi Sri Valmiki Jayanti was celebrated on October 17, Social Welfare Department Geeta Alur informed.

On Thursday morning at 9 am, a procession will take place from Kalakaleshwar circle of Gajendragad town along with offering pooja to the portrait of Maharshi Shri Valmiki. from KK Circle The program will be held at Dr Babu Jagjivanram Bhavan. Alur has informed that all preparations have been made by the taluk administration for the program.

Geetha Alur has informed Kira News Kannada that all taluk level officials, scheduled caste and scheduled tribe leaders, all members, dignitaries, office bearers of the organization should participate in the program and make the program successful.
